The fixtures continue to come thick and fast at this stage of the season.
After the disappointment of losing at home to Southampton, on Boxing Day, Chelsea make the short trip, to the Emirates Stadium, to take on Arsenal this Sunday.
For the Southampton game, Frank Lampard made a few changes, one out of necessity with Mateo Kovacic being suspended and others through choice with Callum Hudson-Odoi and Emerson coming into the starting eleven at the expense of Mason Mount and the injured Marcus Alonso.
Chelsea’s performance, to be honest, wasn’t up to scratch, especially after the high of beating Tottenham Hotspur in the previous game.
At Arsenal Frank will have to decide whether to stick with a back three or revert to the normal back-four, but will the gaffer make more changes?
