We ran our usual post match MOTM poll following the mid-week Carabao Cup semi-final clash with Arsenal. It was a difficult one to call considering the game ended in a 0-0 stalemate.

There was no goal-scoring match winner to run away with the vote, even Eden Hazard, so often our goto MOTM, failed to deliver. However, there was one player who still stood out in our eyes. Winning the vote by a comfortable margin was N`golo Kante with 59%. The little Frenchman is fast becoming Chelsea`s most consistent player. The addition of Ross Barkley alongside him will benefit him enormously.

The rest of the vote was shared amongst ten other players

Cesar Azpilicueta 8%
Thibaut Courtois 7%
Eden Hazard 7%
Alvaro Morata 5%
Victor Moses 5%
Antonio Rudiger 4%
Marcos Alonso 2%
Andreas Christensen 1%
Willian 1 %
Michy Batshuayi 1%

Danny Drinkwater, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Cesc Fabregas received no votes.

Next up for Chelsea, it`s back to Premier League action. Leicester City are the visitors to Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon with a traditional 3:00pm kick-off. Our front page poll asks who you think will win the game. Please vote wisely and Chelsea let`s have some goals please.
