A piece of worrying transfer speculation is currently doing the rounds.
It suggests that Paris Saint-Germain are looking to procure the talents of our midfielder N`Golo Kante.
This summer the French club have spent big, breaking the world record for a transfer fee by acquiring the Brazilian striker, Neymar Jnr, from Barcelona for a fee, said to be in the region of £197 million.
The French outfit are also looking to make the loan signing of another talented forward, Kylian Mbappe, permanent next summer for a reported £165 million.
But, according to several sources, including the Mirror, that won`t prevent them from spending even more money in an attempt to entice Chelsea to part with the 26-year-old French midfielder.
According to our referenced source, Paris Saint-Germain are willing to pay £90 million to secure the services of the Footballer of the Year.
Kante joined Chelsea, from Leicester, in the summer of 2016, for a fee of £29 million and is one of the few footballers who have won back-to-back Premier League titles, with Leicester City and then Chelsea.
If Chelsea were to lose the player, even though they`d make a considerable profit, to me it`d signify that we`re never going to become one of the elite clubs in Europe, we`d just be a selling club!
