1 – Your favourite memory of the 2012 / 2013 season was?
There are a few to pick from here (thinking Iva`s goal in Amsterdam etc but for me the moment of the season was Juan (Johnny Kills) Mata, winner against Man Utd in the FA Cup quarters. Felt like the final because Manure wanted to win that?
2 – Your worst memory of the 2012 / 2013 season was?
Also several to pick from here but I was most disheartened by the 3-0 hammering we took away at Juventus. Wasn`t a good day in the Oz household, I must say. The thrashing by Athletico in the Super Cup didn`t sit too well either, because of how well beaten we were.
3 – Your Player of the Season was?
Two words – Johnny Kills
4 – Your Young Player of the Season was?
Will have to give this to Romelu Lukaku, even though Hazard was as good as he was. The reason is that Romelu almost unilaterally made WBA`s season (he was their player of the season and I don`t think a Chelsea loanee has ever achieved this in history). Eden will be winning the senior version of this award in to time.
5 – Your goal of the season was?
Easy – for me Luiz vs Fulham (what a blinder that was)?Luiz vs Basle was quality too as was Oscars vs Juve, but the Fulham goal by Luiz was tops.
6 – Our best performance of the season was?
Not spoilt for choice here but what stands out in my memory was that second half performance against Manchester United in the cup when they were 2 goals to the good after the first half.
If we played like we did in the 2nd half throughout the season, we would have won every single trophy we competed for. That 2ndhalf performance, for me, was a Chelsea master-class at Old Trafford.
7 – Our worst performance of the season was?
Quite a few of these last season, as well as one of Southampton away, QPR or Swansea, throw in Juventus away and Athletico Madrid in the Super Cup.
8 – Best opposition player we faced was?
Radamel Falcao (also Pirlo and Sturridge at Anfield)
9 – Best opposing team we faced was?
Juventus (the reason we got knocked of the UCL)
