Here’s my little bit of my football adventure / journey.
I’ve always been a Chelsea supporter from the days of Zola and Lampard and frankly, watching games in Nigeria isn`t that easy for a middle-class family that have no interest in football.
I had to follow a group of friends to a match centre where we’d pay a reasonable amount of money.
During my leisure hours as a kid, I put on a DROGBA-11-SAMSUNG MOBILE shirt and go to a near by field where I’d play as a center striker, I scored a couple of offside goals (with no officials in the match) and I would be jeered at, insulted and laughed at with people saying I was an offside player like Drogba.
I usually get into fights but those were the good old days. Chelsea FC has a large amount of fans in Nigeria but a funny thing is that my best friends are both Manchester United fans and an Arsenal fan respectively.
I really love Chelsea FC and always will…UP BLUES
