The papers doing the rounds this morning on the 9th July are saying Jose has made Wayne Rooney his no.1 target.
It is reported that Chelsea are ready to match Rooney’s wage of £240,000 a week and will offer him a 5 year deal if he can force his way out of United.
Meanwhile Rio Ferdinand has told Rooney he may regret joining Chelsea.
