Following the recent resignation of the Chelsea technical director, Michael Emenalo, it remains to be seen how any kind of shake-up pans out at Stamford Bridge.

It seems that the departure of Emenalo though could have a direct effect on how the club is run.

According to the popular red-top publication, the Mirror, it is being suggested that Roman Abramovich is now ready to adopt a more hands-on approach at the club.
