Just before 18:00 hours tonight news came through in relation to our young centre forward Patrick Bamford.
Bamford who signed for Chelsea from Nottingham Forest when he was just sixteen years of age, has joined that getting established route from Stamford Bridge to the Riverside Stadium by joining Middlesbrough on a season long loan.
Previously, Bamford has done well whilst on loan spells at MK Dons and then Derby County.
Here at Vital Chelsea we`ll continue to monitor how Bamford progresses at his new ‘temporary` home, we wish him well.
