Lurking in the pages of the Mirror, is the insinuation that Chelsea are involved in a four-way tussle to bring a young Brazilian striker to the club.
The player in question is Arthur Melo, who at 21-years-of-age is being described as the next Brazilian wonder-kid
Melo, after putting in some impressive performances with his club, Gremio, Melo has already earned a call-up to the Brazilian national squad.
A midfielder, likened to the Spaniard Andres Iniesta with his style of play, Melo is on the radar of several clubs which include, Barcelona, Manchester United, Atletico Madrid and ourselves.
It remains to be seen which of the quartet, if any, can persuade the youngster to leave South America for a venture into Europe.
