Familiar visitors to Stamford Bridge will know that at most home matches charity collections take place outside the ground.
You’ll be familiar with volunteers holding plastic buckets requesting you donate any spare change you may have.
This Saturday, ahead of the Premier League fixture against West Ham United, the charity chosen to be allowed to hold a collection outside the ground is one that is very close to my heart, the Keech Hospice.
At the Keech hospice they do wonderful work assisting those who don’t have long to live and also their families who, understandably, are going through difficult times.
Therefore, if you are going to the fixture this weekend, please donate generously and let’s see how much us generous Chelsea fans can raise for an organisation that does such wonderful work.
