Reports filtered through this afternoon that one of our plethora of players out on loan has picked up a bad injury.

The youngster in question is Kasey Palmer who is on-loan at Huddersfield Town for the season.

Palmer, whilst on duty with the England U21 side picked up the injury in the fixture against Latvia, on 5th September.

It is the second time that Kasey has picked up a bad hamstring injury, last season a similar injury saw the young striker spend three-months on the side-lines.

Talking about the injury, the Huddersfield Town manager, David Wagner, has remarked to the media,

‘The injury is more or less as big as it was before so we will have to make further investigations but he will be out for a few months.’

It remains to be seen whether Palmer remains in Yorkshire for treatment or returns, on a temporary basis, to Chelsea Football Club.
