I`ve no doubt that when Chelsea move into the transfer market this summer, one position they will be looking to recruit for is midfield.
Having seen several midfielders depart, over the last twelve months or so, Antonio Conte will want to recruit in preparation for another assault on the Premier league and also the Champions League next season.
Lurking in the media vehicle Goal, is the inference that Chelsea are one of five Premier League clubs still interested in Franck Kessie.
Kessie, just 20-years-of-age, is currently on the books of the Italian club Atalanta. The Ivory Coast midfielder is rated at around £30 million and as for the other four Premier League clubs showing an interest in the player, look no further than Arsenal, Everton, Liverpool and Manchester City.
