This Sunday Chelsea take on Manchester United at Old Trafford.

It pits the side who are seven points clear at the top of the Premier League with seven games to go (Chelsea) against the side who have gone twenty-one games unbeaten in the Premier League (Manchester United).

There will also be the whiff of revenge in the air as Jose Mourinho seeks to avenge the 4-0 defeat inflicted upon his side by Chelsea, at Stamford Bridge, the defeat was the last time Manchester United lost a Premier League game.

On that day Mourinho took umbrage to the fact that Antonio Conte manically celebrated the fourth goal with the East Stand Lower tier, Mourinho, if I recall right, suggested it was aimed at humiliating him.

There`s no doubt that this Sunday our former boss will try the odd mind-game or two to try and unsettle his former club but it would appear that Antonio Conte will be ready for such tactics and doesn`t want to get embroiled in such tawdry behaviour.

Ahead of the game Antonio has remarked,

“It`s important to always control our emotion as we are fighting for the title. It will be a tough game but we are ready to play.

“I have already spoken about Mourinho`s history.

“United, for sure, will be motivated. They`re playing Chelsea. Every team wants to beat us.”

They do and a win at Old Trafford will see Chelsea take a huge step to getting both hands back on that famous old trophy.
