This Saturday evening, Chelsea welcome Crystal Palace to Stamford Bridge for a Premier League fixture.

Selected as the late afternoon ‘live` game, I`d imagine that those who are in charge of that process will be hoping that Chelsea perform with a little more verve and ambition than they did, last time out, against Manchester City, where the words ‘meek surrender` spring to mind.

Crystal Palace, having beaten Chelsea at Selhurst Park, earlier this season, will be looking to do a home and away double over their more illustrious London neighbours, surely Chelsea will be able to prevent that.

Ahead of the game we are able to bring you the names of those who are officiating:

? Referee – Anthony Taylor

? Assistant Referee – Adam Nunn

? Assistant Referee – Daniel Cook

? Fourth Official – Chris Kavanagh

With regards to the referee, Anthony Taylor, he has taken charge of 29 games and has issued 110 yellow cards and 3 red cards.

So far this season, Anthony Taylor has taken charge of the following games involving Chelsea;

? 20 Aug – Premier League – Tottenham 1 Chelsea 2 – yellow cards issued 7, red cards issued 0.

? 5 Nov – Premier League – Chelsea 1 Manchester United 0 – yellow cards issued 4, red cards issued 0.

? 9 Dec – Premier League – West Ham United 1 Chelsea 0 – yellow cards issued 7, red cards issued 0.

? 3 Jan – Premier League – Arsenal 2 Chelsea 2 – yellow cards issued 5, red cards issued 0.

Up the Chels!
