It’s Halloween and the witching hour is upon us, but we’ve better things to concern ourselves about this evening than some over-rated American cash grabbing gimmick.
Tonight, Chelsea will be looking to progress to the last eight of the Carabao Cup when they go head-to-head with Derby County, at Stamford Bridge.
Looking to prevent that happening will be Frank Lampard, our all-time top goal-scorer, now firmly entrenched in the Derby County managerial seat.
The Carabao Cup is normally a competition that is used to give players on the fringe of the starting eleven an opportunity to shine and with the games coming thick and fast, over the coming weeks, we see no reason for this tactic to change.
