This Sunday, Chelsea welcome Liverpool to Stamford Bridge for the penultimate home game of the season.

Chelsea’s hopes of qualifying for the Champions League next season took a blow when Tottenham Hotspur beat Watford 2-0, on Monday night.

However, Antonio Conte will refuse to give up the chase until it is mathematically impossible.
