If I were to ask you who was the longest-serving player currently on the books of Chelsea Football Club, I wonder what your response would be.

I certainly wouldn`t have guessed who it was, I`m not ashamed to admit.

But, according to the leading red-top publication this country produces, The Sun the clubs longest-serving player is set to leave the club this summer.

Matej Delac, the player in question, has been on the books of Chelsea since 2009.

However, the 25-year-old Croatian goalkeeper has yet to play for Chelsea having spent his career on loan at a variety of clubs including;

? Vitesse
? Dynamo České Budějovice
? Vitória de Guimarães
? Inter Zapre?ić
? Vojvodina
? Sarajevo
? Arles-Avignon
And
? Excel Mouscron

An accomplished keeper, Delac has also played at several levels for Croatia including U15, U16, U17, U19, U20 and U21.

It remains to be seen where Delac will make a permanent move to.
