Chelsea, after a disappointing defence of their Premier League title, will be looking to give their support something to look forward to with a FA Cup Final appearance, for a second successive season.
Southampton, managed by the former Chelsea striker Mark Hughes, are involved in a relegation scrap but will also be looking to make a rare appearance in an FA Cup Final, possibly staging a replay of the famous 1976 final when a goal from Bobby Stokes won them the trophy.
