Fabregas’ Future Comes Under The Spotlight Once More

|

Although Cesc Fabregas has hinted that he’s not looking for a move, once the January transfer window open but is prepared to wait until the end of the season before deciding what options are open to him, the Spanish international could still leave next month.

The news source, the Mirror, has picked up on something in the French press that infers Thierry Henry, in charge of Monaco, is looking to lure 31-year-old Fabregas to La Ligue.

Fabregas, as far as the Premier League goes this season, has only made sporadic appearances and could be tempted by a move to a glamorous part of Europe.

Also, when you throw into the mix the fact that Henry and Fabregas know each other well, courtesy of their Arsenal connections, the possibility of a deal becomes more likely.

Here at Vital Chelsea, we’ll endeavour to keep an eye out for any further developments, but we feel this is a move that could suit all concerned, Monaco get a classy midfielder, Fabregas gets regular first-team football and Chelsea receive a transfer fee.
