Chelsea have, this afternoon, played a game behind closed doors at the Cobham training complex in Surrey. The reason being, to give Eden Hazard and Tiemoue Bakayoko a run out as they recover from injury.
The game was against a team of Queens Park Rangers youth players. There are few details of the game other than Chelsea ran out 8-0 winners, with social media claiming Hazard scored a goal and Charley Musonda grabbed a brace.
Neither Hazard or Bakayoko are expected to feature in Sunday`s game against Tottenham at Wembley. With the two players back training with main group, they should soon be available for selection as they gain match fitness. It will be a massive boost to Antonio Conte when he is able to add them into his selection plans, for supporters it can`t come soon enough.
