Rumours on the managerial swaporama that is inevitably going to occur in the summer are continuing to swirl as the international break rumbles on.

The latest that we can glean from transfer tittle-tattle is getting more and more complicated. We`ll try to summarize what the press are saying.

We`ll start with the person we are most concerned with here, Antonio Conte. The Italian has been linked with moves to PSG, Juventus, and the Italian national side. According to Le Parisien, PSG believe that Conte is most likely to return to his national team should he leave Stamford Bridge. As such they have, according to the article, turned their attentions to Max Allegri from Juventus.

That contradicts Fabrizio Romano who exclusively reveals in The Guardian that French side have spoken with ‘Conte`s people`. The article suggests the Italian could expect a small increase in salary,

PSG would be able to offer Conte a small increase in salary and the initial talks were positive. PSG have not made a formal approach and are still considering their options. Conte earns £9.5m a season at Chelsea with PSG willing to offer their new manager £10m a year.

I`d happily take that small £500,000 increase. A name linked with replacing Conte at Chelsea is Thomas Tuchel. The ex-Borussia Dortmund boss has recently, supposedly, turned Bayern Munich favouring a challenge abroad. Some reports are suggesting the German has signed a deal to become Arsenal`s next manager replacing Arsene Wenger. Other`s refute it,

One reason for Tuchel`s reluctance to join Arsenal may be the fact that his former Chief Scout at Dortmund Sven Mislintat has taken up the same post with the Gunners. The two had a fall out whilst with Dortmund, it remains to be seen whether they are able to work together again.

Former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique remains the favourite to takeover from Conte in the summer.
