This afternoon Chelsea welcome Nottingham Forest, to Stamford Bridge, for a FA Cup 3rd round tie.
For Chelsea, it is the start of the defence of the trophy they won, at Wembley, last May when a penalty from Eden Hazard was enough to see off the challenge presented by a Jose Mourinho managed Manchester United.
For Nottingham Forest, it is a chance to be the David that shocks Goliath and claim a memorable victory, something that would, naturally, be greeted with numerous column inches by the Chelsea hating media.
As is the norm, we’re running our Match Day Moments feature whereby we invite you to leave your views on a variety of subjects including, but not limited to:
1 – The build-up to the 3rd round tie.
2 – The starting eleven selected by Maurizio Sarri.
3 – The action as it happens at Stamford Bridge.
4 – Your thoughts in the immediate period following the sounding of the final whistle.
Hopefully, come the end of the game, we’ll all be talking about the magic of the cup as opposed to a disappointing exit.
