The magic of the FA Cup comes to Stamford Bridge this afternoon when, in the tie of the round, Chelsea takes on Manchester City.
Ahead of the game you could suggest that the balance has swung in Chelsea`s favour with the City boss, Manuel Pellegrini, proposing to field a weakened side due to the fact that his side are facing a long trip to the Ukraine to face Dynamo Kiev in midweek and then Liverpool in the Capital One Cup Final next Sunday.
However, Chelsea will enter the tie with injury worries of their own, Kurt Zouma will be out for the remainder of the season whilst John Terry is side-lined with a hamstring injury that has responded to treatment but will not be risked this afternoon.
There`s also t small matter of Alexandre Pato not being match-fit, by our reckoning the striker should be ready for action when Leicester City come to Stamford Bridge for the last game of the season
