Match Day Moments – Premier League – Leicester City (A)

|

As is always the case, the season has flown by.

This afternoon, Chelsea are in the Midlands taking on Leicester City in their last fixture of the 2018 / 2019 Premier League season, knowing a win will secure third place, something that would represent a decent season, although things could get much better if we can beat Arsenal, in Baku, in the Europa League Final at the end of the month.

But, taking it one match at a time, Leicester City, with an in-form Jamie Vardy leading the frontline, will prove to be a difficult test for a Chelsea side who, when it comes to playing final games of the season away from home, have tended to disappoint in previous years.

Hopefully, this afternoon will be different.

As is the norm, we’re running our Match Day Moments feature where we actively encourage you to leave your views on a variety of subjects including, but not limited to:

1 – The build-up to the last Premier League fixture of the season.

2 – The starting eleven as selected by Maurizio Sarri.

3 – The action as it happens at the King Power Stadium.

4 – Your thoughts in the immediate period following the sounding of the final whistle.

Let’s hope that we’ve done enough to pip Tottenham Hotspur to third place.
