The dramatic win at the Emirates Stadium was most welcome after the disappointment of losing at home to Southampton.

However, whilst Chelsea may be struggling to get wins at home, their away form, continues to impress.

On New Years’ Day, Chelsea are back in action when they make the relatively short trip to the south coast to take on Brighton and Hove Albion.

It is a game the Chelsea faithful are hoping that their side can win.

However, such are the fluctuations in form in recent weeks’, we’re never quite sure what kind of show the team will provide.

Ahead of the fixture, Frank Lampard will, no doubt, be doing some deep-thinking with regards to his starting eleven.

Should he opt for a back four or stick with, away from home a back three?

Should, after helping turn the game around at the Emirates Stadium, Jorginho start?

Is there a case for Tariq Lamptey to be given a full debut?

All these are things that will be going through Frank’s mind.

As is the norm, we’re running our usual feature where we ask you to second guess the starting eleven that Frank will opt for.

Simply drop, in the comment facility beneath this article, the eleven you predict Frank will opt for and we’ll see who gets the closest or indeed 100% correct.

  • I thought we were lucky at Arsenal yes we turned it round and the second half was good but that first 30mins was so poor the game could have been over so we need to turn up with the right attitude and don’t allow them possession with poor passes as for the line up Jorginho and Kovacic for me sorry but Kante has been giving the ball away a lot lately he dwelled on the ball trying to play out of defence nearly costing us a goal in the second half for instance when he should have cleared Pulisic should be at least on the bench Emerson dropped the young lad on bench again like him I think Brighton are more of a threat than Arsenal they get most of their points at home traditionally
