After Chelsea’s fine 3-2 victory at Carrow Road, against Norwich City last time out, Chelsea welcome Sheffield United to Stamford Bridge for their next Premier League fixture, this Saturday.
With Sheffield United, just like Norwich City, having been promoted from the Championship, back in May, it is a fixture that the Stamford Bridge side will be expecting their team to win.
But as we’ve come to learn on many a previous occasion, you really can take nothing for granted in this wonderful game of ours, even more so with Frank Lampard’s squad being beset by injury problems.
As is the norm before a game we’re running our usual feature where we invite you to second guess the starting eleven that Frank Lampard will opt for.
However, before committing your selection to print please remember that Callum Hudson-Odoi, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Antonio Rudiger and Reece Jones are all unavailable through injury and also that N’Golo Kante is, courtesy of an ankle problem, rated as doubtful.
Right, who’ll get us started and drop their predicted starting eleven in the comment facility beneath this article.
