Opinion: Hazard Went About Securing His Dream In The Right Way Unlike Someone Else We Know

|

As far as Eden Hazard is concerned, we’re left, following his transfer to Real Madrid, with nothing but memories.

But what wonderful memories they are.

Hazard graced our presence for seven wonderful years and now we’re left looking over the horizon for somebody to fill his footsteps.

Will somebody have that aura needed to fill Hazard’s boots?

Yesterday, the 28-year-old Belgian was introduced to the Real Madrid support as he was officially unveiled as their new signing and I’ve no doubt that Eden will thrill those who flock to the Bernabeu with his elegant and unique skills.

But lurking in the pages of Football London, is a little something that you might find interesting.

It appears that a certain Thibaut Courtois played his part in persuading Eden to jump ship.

Now I realise it is probably common practice when players meet up for internationals to talk about life at other clubs, but I’ll leave you with one thought.

Considering the manner in which the two Belgians engineered their departure from Stamford Bridge and when our paths cross again, which of the two will get the warmest reception from the Stamford Bridge faithful!

There’s a correct way of going about things and there’s an incorrect way, enough said!
