This Saturday Chelsea travel to the King Power Stadium to take on Leicester City, in a Premier League fixture.
For one of the Chelsea squad, N`Golo Kante, it will be the first time he`ll be facing his former team-mates since he made the switch to Stamford Bridge, in the summer.
N`Golo Kante was one of the reasons why Leicester City stormed to a surprising title triumph last season and ahead of his return to his old stomping ground, the man who guided Leicester to unexpected glory last season, Claudio Ranieri, has urged his clubs supporters to give Kante a good reception, with Claudio having remarked to Sky Sports,
‘I hope our fans give him a warm reception because he was our champion.
‘It’s important to remember what he gave us.
‘I am not surprised how well he has done at Chelsea. He’s very good player. But I think here he was more able to play better than at Chelsea. Here all the light was on him. At Chelsea there are so many champions and he’s another one.’
