Having overseen a complete turnaround in our fortunes, switching from a back four to a back three and sending us on a stretch of 13 successive Premier League wins, a run so rudely ended by Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea sit proudly on top of the Premier League with aspirations of regaining the Premier League title.
However, in doing so Antonio Conte has endeared himself to everybody he touches, from the players to the supporters and to the press, something that can only be admired.
Today it has been announced that Antonio Conte has been named as the December Premier League manager of the month, a worthy accolade after seeing his side win every Premier League game they played in that month.
But in taking the December Premier League manager of the month award, it means that Antonio has now won the award for three consecutive months, the first manager to do so in the history of the Premier League.
I think you`ll agree it is a superb achievement and one Antonio should be extremely proud of.
