This afternoon, in the late kick-off, Chelsea take on Liverpool, at Stamford Bridge, in a Premier League fixture.
The late kick-off will ensure that the focus of the nation will be on this clash of two giants of the Premier League.
On Wednesday night, the two sides met in a Carabao Cup, with Chelsea getting the upper hand and making it through to the next round.
Ahead of this second clash between two old foes, we used our poll facility to gauge who you believed would get the upper hand in this second meeting.
We gave you three options to choose from:
• Chelsea to win.
• Liverpool to win
and
• A draw.
With the poll now closed, we can reveal that 50% of the votes cast went for a Chelsea victory, whereas 39% were of the opinion that Liverpool would maintain their 100% start to the 2018 / 2019 Premier League season by making it 7 wins out of 7.
As for the remaining 11%, they opted for the draw, believing that come the final whistle, both sides would be able to boast a 7-game unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
