In what was a disappointing Easter for Chelsea supporters, what with Chelsea losing at Old Trafford, John Terry announcing that he`ll be leaving when his current contract expires and the legend that is Gianfranco Zola resigning at Birmingham, there was one-piece of news that did bring a smile to my face.

Down in the Championship, having recovered from an injury he picked up, Tammy Abraham is continuing to rattle in the goals during his season-long spell with Bristol City.

Although Bristol City have struggled this season, flirting with the relegation places, young Tammy has now scored 25 goals, in all competitions, for the Ashton Gate based club this season, a remarkable achievement for a first season at senior level.

His 25th goal came at Ewood Park on Easter Monday, when Tammy was on hand to provide a deft flicked finish after Bristol City had put together a thirty-one pass move.

Unfortunately, the goal didn`t prove to be the winner with the game finishing 1-1 courtesy of a Blackburn equaliser.

What next season holds in store for the teenager remains to be seen, but he can be extremely proud of his achievements this season and will be given the send-off he deserves by the Bristol City support come the final game of the season.
