Around lunch-time, UK time, the draw was made for the last 16 of the Women`s Champions League.

The Chelsea Ladies were eagerly waiting to see who they`d be drawn against after reaching this stage of the competition after bearing Bayern Munich, on away goals, in the previous round.

The draw also contained another English side with Manchester City Ladies also in the pot, but the two sides were not permitted to be drawn against each in this draw.

As it turned out, the draw produced the following two ties involving the English sides:

Chelsea Ladies v FC Rosengard (Sweden)

and

Manchester City Ladies v LSK Kvinner (Norway).

The ties, played over two legs, will take place on 8-9 November with the second leg being played a week later.

Our best wishes, as always, goes to the girls.
