Loan Star Yearns For A Successful Stamford Bridge Future

|

At 22-years-of-age, in my opinion, Kenedy falls into the category of player whereby Chelsea should know whether he has a long-term future at Stamford Bridge.

The Brazilian has made numerous appearances for the club but has failed to force a way into the starting eleven on a permanent basis.

Currently, Kenedy, after spending a period on loan with Newcastle United last season, is back at St James Park for the whole of the 2018 / 2019 season.

However, whilst the player has been warmly received by the Newcastle support, it seems he doesn’t see his long-term future as being at the club.

Lurking in the pages of the tabloid publication, the Sun, are some quotes from the player which read:

“It was good to be loaned to get more playing time – better than staying at Chelsea and not playing.

“I hope this year I can make a good season for Newcastle and go back to Chelsea to continue.

“I have a dream to return and to be a champion for the club.

“My dream is to win a major title.”

Here at Vital Chelsea, we’d imagine those words have done wonders for his popularity amongst the Newcastle support, but can he return to Stamford Bridge and achieve his goal of winning a major title, or at 22-years-of-age has he missed the boat?
